Terms of use

1. Who we are
Gradara is developed by Virtu Services LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("we"). These terms cover your use of the Gradara AI service and credit purchases. The Gradara app's source code is licensed separately under the Apache License 2.0, which governs your use, modification, and distribution of the software.
2. Accounts
You need an account with a verified email to use Gradara AI. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you believe it was misused. One person or organization per account; welcome credits are limited to one per person.
3. Credits
- Credits are prepaid and used for Gradara AI operations at the prices shown in the app when you start the operation.
- An operation is charged once, including its automatic repair attempts. If the service fails before returning a result, you are not charged.
- Credits do not expire while your account is active. They are not cash, have no value outside Gradara AI, and cannot be transferred.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us if something went wrong and we will review it.
- We may change credit prices for future operations and purchases, with notice in the app.
4. Acceptable use
Use Gradara AI for engineering modeling. Do not attempt to access the service other than through Gradara, circumvent limits or billing, resell access, disrupt the service, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
5. Your content and AI output
You keep all rights to your models and the content you submit. You may use generated blocks, models, and code for any purpose, subject to the terms of the underlying model provider.
AI output can be wrong. Compiler checks confirm that output is valid Modelica or C, not that it is physically accurate, safe, or fit for a purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any model, simulation, or code before relying on it, especially for safety-relevant or production systems.
6. Availability
We work to keep Gradara AI available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Gradara AI, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused purchased credits.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app and Gradara AI are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to Gradara AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits in an account suspended for violations are forfeited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
